When shipping:
- Please leave us a note of the size change and the issue you had. This way we can get a better size for you.
- Add your previous order number.
- If you pay for back and forth we will use same measurements of box we sent.
If you are using a new box please send us new measurements in the notes. - Make sure box is snug so shoe cannot bounce around inside box.
